• Eliminate the Care4Kids waitlist
• Provide automatic Care4Kids eligibility for staff in licensed child care programs 
• Pay ECE degree candidates for their student teaching

Children's Health

• Establish continuous HUSKY eligibility for children under 6
• Use Medicaid funds to pay for Health Related Social Needs

Family Economic Security

• Refundable Child Tax Credit of $600 per child up to 3 children.
