Please join us for the April 2016 meeting of the Connecticut Early Childhood Alliance.  We will be joined by the Office of Early Childhood's Mary Farnsworth; she will explain the new OEC contract with United Way to implement the Quality Improvement System.  We will also have an update from Sharon Langer from CT Voices for Children and Ann Pratt from CT Citizens Action Group on Medicaid and HUSKY eligibility changes that will impact thousands of parents and children.  Steering Committee will meet at the conclusion of the regular meeting.
