This is the Education Committee’s Early Childhood Bill and it has 4 unrelated provisions:

1. Requires licensed child care centers or group homes, School Readiness providers, CDCS, any child care services provider that accepts state funds for infant toddler, or preschool programs to pay their employees on the OEC Compensation scale.
2. Makes Care4Kids eligibility for parents in job training or college permanent (rather than sunsetting in June)
3. Exempts the Stamford Police Athletic League for Child Care Licensing
4. Allows licensed child care programs to administer epinephrine in emergency situations.
