HOPE for New Haven Executive Director Georgia Goldburn couldn’t believe her eyes when she opened her mail after the Memorial Day holiday break. It was a check from the Department of Social Services, made out to her center, for just under $15,000.

The Bridgeport Alliance for Young Children recently updated its 2006 Blueprint for Young Children, and distributed the update at its annual meeting this past winter.
The Bridgeport Alliance for Young Children (BAYC) Blueprint update seeks to “remove silos from the service delivery system, prioritize achievable strategies identified by the community and define measures that will be used to evaluate progress.”
