Reaction from Governor Malloy's office, legislators and early childhood advocates, including Maggie Adair from the CT Early Childhood Alliance, regarding the state's third attempt at Race to the Top funding. With the focus on early childhood initiatives, Adair and others noted this application, while it didn't win federal funding, can serve as the state's roadmap to improving early childhood in Connecticut.
