Alliance Executive Director Maggie Adair was quoted in the December 15 article on the CT NewsJunkie website regarding Connecticut's lost bid to win $50 million in Race to the Top - Early Learning Challenge Funds. Adair noted the Alliance was confident that, even without the grant, the application would serve as a roadmap for improvement in Connecticut.
