Alliance Executive Director Ann Pratt submitted an opinion piece to the Norwalk Hour after a reporter addressed Governor Malloy's commitment to early education in his budget address. Ann's piece also stresses the need for a Department of Early Education in CT, to help streamline services into one centralized location, rather than seven different departments.
