Achievement Gap Commission Offers Suggestions

Governor Rell formed a commission on closing the education achievement gap in Connecticut and the group is preparing its recommendations on doing so by October. However, they've offered some hints as to what those recommendations will be, and expanding pre-k is one of those recommentations.
