Dodd Plans Hearings on State of the American Child

Sen. Christopher Dodd (D-CT) is planning a series of public hearings on the State of the American Child. Three are scheduled for Washington, DC. One is slated to take place in Connecticut at the end of June.  Elaine Zimmerman, the executive director of the CT Commission on Children, is scheduled to testify on June 8.
