CT Mirror: As Budget Negotiations Continue, Legislators Turn to Other Measures

This new article is a roundup of bills that have passed the House and Senate, and she included SB 391, which concerns Care4Kids in that it gives a 30 day notice to providers and parents if there are going to be changes to eligibility requirements, 30 days to process completed applications and changing the redetermination process from every six months to eight months.
