President Seeks $1.35 Billion Expansion for RTTT

Abstract:
President Obama announced on January 19 that he plans to seek an expansion for Race to the Top funding by $1.35 billion. Thirty states, including Connecticut, were applying for the first round of funds. The application deadline is Jan. 19.
