CT Voices for Children Analysis on Nov. 24 Mitigation Plan

CT Voices for Children, a partner of the CT Early Childhood Alliance, has issued an analysis of Governor Rell's Nov. 24 Deficit Mitigation Plan. It includes recissions, forced lapses and program reductions requiring legislative action. There are a number of significant reductions to ECE.
