New Haven Register writer Pam McLouglin interviewed Alliance Executive Director Shaun McNally and All Our Kin's Jessica Sager, along with a child care provider who are all concerned with the recent closure of the Care 4 Kids program to new applicants. McNally said that the program really is the glue that holds the entire early care system together.
