Rand Report on QRIS in Five Pioneer States

The Rand Corporation report studied five states out of 14 who already have quality rating systems in place. Called Child Care Quality and Improvement Rating Systems in Five Pioneer States: Implementation Issues and Lessons Learned, the report studied Oklahoma, Colorado, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Ohio for the study. Through the study, Rand came up with several recommendations for QRIS.
