  • Attorney General George Jepsen acknowledged the Alliance's letter and says while his office does not question the potential benefits, as a public policy matter, rather, the motion was filed to ask the court to decide as a legal matter.

  • The CT Early Childhood Alliance hand-delivered letters to the Governor's Office and Attorney General's Office, asking that the September motion filed by the state to excluse preschool from the CCJEF v. Rell case be withdrawn. Attached are the two letters, signed by 150 organizations and individuals, urging the preschool exclusion motion be withdrawn.
